RDB Infrastructure revises solar power project agreement, boosting contract value

RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited (formerly RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited) has entered into an Addendum to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Stargen Power Private Limited. This addendum, dated November 8, 2025, modifies an earlier MOU from September 22, 2025, regarding solar power projects.

The revised agreement focuses on developing solar power projects totaling 52 MW (AC) / 65 MW (DC) across five sites near Nagpur, Maharashtra. The total Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract price has been increased from INR 225 Crores to INR 276 Crores.

The project is domestic, with execution expected within one year from the commissioning of all sites, subject to mutual agreement for any further extensions. There is no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
