Olectra Greentech reports strong Q2 2025 financial performance

Olectra Greentech Limited's board of directors approved the unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 2025, showing a total income of INR 65,135.51 Lakhs, a substantial increase from INR 51,686.38 Lakhs in Q2 2024. Profit after tax also saw a healthy rise to INR 5,278.05 Lakhs, compared to INR 4,819.85 Lakhs in the same period last year. Standalone earnings per share (basic and diluted) for the quarter were INR 6.43, up from INR 5.87 previously.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported total income of INR 66,094.67 Lakhs for Q2 2025, an increase from INR 52,618.84 Lakhs in Q2 2024. Consolidated profit after tax reached INR 4,943.31 Lakhs, compared to INR 4,765.29 Lakhs in Q2 2024. Consolidated earnings per share (basic and diluted) for the quarter stood at INR 6.04, up from INR 5.79. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Reddy Peketi as whole time director, effective November 8, 2025, though he will continue as a non-executive director.
