Meghmani Organics sees strong half-year profit surge

Meghmani Organics Limited reported a standalone net profit of INR 8,342.98 Lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, a substantial increase from INR 227.02 Lakhs in the prior comparable period. Consolidated net profit for the half-year also rose to INR 2,423.66 Lakhs, reversing a loss of INR 2,602.62 Lakhs from the previous year.

Standalone revenue from operations for the half-year reached INR 115,026.05 Lakhs, up from INR 94,374.04 Lakhs year-on-year. Similarly, consolidated revenue from operations for the same period increased to INR 119,087.93 Lakhs, compared to INR 95,777.28 Lakhs last year. Basic earnings per share (standalone) for the half-year stood at INR 3.28, a significant improvement from INR 0.09 previously.

The Board of Directors approved these unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results at a meeting held on November 8, 2025. The results, reviewed by the audit committee, include segment reporting for Pigments and Agro-chemicals.
