Max Healthcare board to review financial results November 14

Max Healthcare Institute Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 14, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company further informed that the trading window for its securities remains closed. This closure, which began following an intimation dated September 26, 2025, will continue for all designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
