Jindal Worldwide board to meet for Q2 and H1 FY22 results

Jindal Worldwide Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025, to discuss and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting will also include a review of the auditor's limited review report.

The company stated that the meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In addition to the financial results, the board will address other businesses as per the meeting's agenda.
