Bajaj Steel Industries reports strong Q2, half-year financials

Bajaj Steel Industries Limited reported a standalone net profit of INR 1,481.68 lacs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, a significant increase from INR 497.96 lacs in the previous quarter. Total standalone income for the quarter reached INR 15,172.23 lacs. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, standalone net profit stood at INR 1,979.65 lacs, with total income at INR 24,589.87 lacs. The Earnings Per Share (Basic & Diluted) for the half-year was INR 9.52.

On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a net profit of INR 2,127.53 lacs for the quarter and INR 2,867.45 lacs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated total income for the quarter and half-year reached INR 17,617.06 lacs and INR 28,510.09 lacs, respectively. The company's board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results at its meeting on November 8, 2025.
