Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited announced the resignation of Tushar Bhandari from his position as chief financial officer (CFO), effective November 8, 2025. Bhandari, who also serves as the whole time director of the company, cited preoccupation as the reason for his resignation from the CFO role. The company confirmed there are no other reasons for his departure from the CFO position and no disagreement with the board or management.

Despite resigning as CFO, Bhandari will continue to serve as the whole time director of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited. The company will submit the necessary forms to the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh, to reflect this change.

This announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company provided requisite details and a copy of Bhandari's resignation letter to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
