Anand Rathi Wealth mourns passing of head of product and research

Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited about the sudden and untimely demise of Chethan Shenoy, head – product & research. Shenoy passed away in the early hours of November 8, 2025, due to cardiac arrest. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015.

The company acknowledged Shenoy's valuable contributions, constant dedication, and strong leadership, which were instrumental in its growth and success. His passing is described as a significant loss, and he will be deeply missed by all employees, clients, and stakeholders. The formal intimation confirms the "Death of Mr. Chethan Shenoy" as the reason for the change in management, effective November 8, 2205.
