Algoquant Fintech board to meet on November 14 for financial results

Algoquant Fintech Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene a meeting on Friday, November 14, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
