Advani Hotels reports mixed half-year results, profit down

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Limited reported a half-year profit of INR 137.40 Lakhs for the period ending September 30, 2025, a decrease from INR 304.81 Lakhs in the previous year's corresponding period. Total income for the half-year increased to INR 3,696.26 Lakhs. The company's total comprehensive income for the half-year stood at INR 146.96 Lakhs.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company posted a loss of INR 97.66 Lakhs, compared to a profit of INR 235.06 Lakhs in the preceding quarter. Revenue from operations for the quarter was INR 1,518.64 Lakhs. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the half-year were INR 0.15 each.

The board of directors approved these unaudited financial results and the Limited Review Report at its meeting on November 8, 2025. The results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
