Visa Steel board to review Q2 and half-year financial results

Visa Steel Ltd. announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 14, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation was made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In line with the company's code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the company's securities will remain closed. This closure extends until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced on the stock exchanges.
