Schneider Electric Infrastructure reports strong half-year financials with profit surge

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited reported a net profit of INR 9,356 Lakh for the half year ended September 30, 2025, an increase from INR 10,275 Lakh in the corresponding period of 2024. Revenue from operations for the half year stood at INR 1,27,177 Lakh, up from INR 1,19,262 Lakh year-over-year. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the half year were INR 3.91.

For the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company recorded a net profit of INR 5,232 Lakh, with revenue from operations at INR 65,014 Lakh. The board of directors also approved conducting a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for the appointments of Dr. Shalini Sarin and Mr. Sundaram Damodarannair as non-executive independent directors, and for the payment of commission to non-executive independent directors.

The unaudited financial results and the limited review report from the statutory auditors, M/s. S.N. Dhawan & Co., LLP, were reviewed and approved with an unmodified opinion.
