Nazara Technologies board to meet for half-year results

Nazara Technologies Limited announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited (consolidated and standalone) financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed since October 01, 2025. This closure will remain in effect for all designated and connected persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the official announcement of the board meeting's outcome.

The intimation was sent to the Listing Compliance Departments of both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 7, 2025, by Arun Bhandari, company secretary and compliance officer.
