Krystal Integrated Services names new business development president

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) has appointed Dr. (hc) Dhananjay Mayur Dave as president – business development, effective November 14, 2025. This appointment was approved by the board of directors on November 7, 2025, and is categorized as a senior management personnel (SMP) role. Dr. Dave brings over 35 years of global leadership experience across various sectors, including infrastructure and facility management. His mandate includes expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening market presence, and accelerating growth in India and internationally.

Concurrently, KISL announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated profit after tax for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, was INR 296.03 Million, with total comprehensive income of INR 285.63 Million. The standalone profit after tax for the same period was INR 272.89 Million, with total comprehensive income of INR 262.23 Million. These results were reviewed by Maheshwari & Co., Chartered Accountants.

The company also confirmed the full utilization of IPO proceeds of INR 1,633.69 Million by September 30, 2025, as stated in the offer document. These funds were allocated for repayment of borrowings, working capital requirements, capital expenditure for new machinery, and general corporate purposes.
