Krystal Integrated Services: H1 FY26 Growth Follows New President Hire

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) reported unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. For H1 FY26, the company achieved revenue from operations of ₹6,064.81 Mn, marking a 15.9% year-on-year increase. EBITDA for the same period stood at ₹392.64 Mn, an 18.0% increase, with an EBITDA margin of 6.47%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for H1 FY26 was ₹295.14 Mn.

The company's corporate sector revenue grew by 53% year-on-year in H1 FY26, significantly contributing to overall business growth. KISL added 92 new corporate clients in H1 FY26, following 114 additions in FY25. The robust order book stands at approximately ₹2,600 crore at the quarter-end. Operational highlights include a 6.5% year-on-year revenue growth for Q2 FY26, reaching ₹2,834 Mn, and maintaining an EBITDA margin of 6.32%.

KISL has expanded its national presence, increasing its branch network to 33 from 26 last year. The company continues to diversify its service portfolio, including newly launched Technical Facility Management and Waste Water Management services. Their operational strategy emphasizes retaining and growing customer base, capitalizing on human resource strength, and improving operational efficiency to enhance profitability.
