IST to announce quarterly and half-yearly financial results

IST Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company also confirmed that its trading window, which closed on October 1, 2025, will remain shut until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, are submitted to the stock exchange. This closure applies to the company's directors, designated employees, other persons with access to price-sensitive information, and their dependents.
