International Conveyors to discuss financial results, trading window to reopen

International Conveyors Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the company's un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will also include the limited review report from the statutory auditors.

The company advised that the trading window for its securities remains closed, as previously announced. The trading window will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results to the stock exchanges, in adherence to the company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Directors & Designated Persons."

The notification, issued on November 7, 2025, by Dipti Sharma, company secretary and compliance officer, ensures compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
