Indo Borax to delist from Calcutta Stock Exchange

Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd. announced on November 7, 2025, that The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. (CSE) has granted approval for the voluntary delisting of the company's equity shares. This delisting, effective from November 10, 2025, aligns with the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.

The company's equity shares will continue to be listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, ensuring continued trading opportunities for investors on these platforms.
