India Finsec promoters adjust pledged shareholdings, encumbered shares now 71%

On November 4, 2025, India Finsec Limited announced the creation and release of pledges on equity shares. Ganga Devi Bansal, a member of the promoter group, pledged 2,113,000 shares (7.24% of total share capital), and Gopal Bansal HUF pledged 395,000 shares (1.35% of total share capital). These pledges were created on October 28, 2025, for intra-day margin from Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.

Concurrently, a release of pledges was reported on November 4, 2025. Ganga Devi Bansal released 1,738,000 shares (5.95%) and Gopal Bansal HUF released 395,000 shares (1.35%) which were pledged with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. Following these transactions, total promoter shareholding remains at 16,331,201 shares, representing 55.94% of total share capital. Encumbered shares now stand at 71.15% of promoter shareholding, with a total value of shares on the date of event/agreement as INR 59,35,26,519.80.
