Hazoor Multi Projects board to meet November 14 to approve results, discuss director resignation

Hazoor Multi Projects Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Mumbai to primarily consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, along with the associated limited review report.

Another significant agenda item for the meeting is the consideration of the resignation of Mrs. Shruti Jigar Shah from her position as an executive director of the company. Her resignation letter, dated November 7, 2025, cites "other professional commitments and unavoidable circumstances" as the reason for her departure, effective November 14, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss any other items with the permission of the chair.
