Havells India to meet investors at multiple November and December summits

Havells India Limited has announced its participation in several analyst and institutional investor meetings in November and December 2025. This is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company will participate in the UBS India Summit 2025 on November 12, featuring group and one-on-one physical meetings in Mumbai starting at 11 am. Following this, Havells will attend the 28th CITIC CLSA India Forum 2025 on November 18, also with group and one-on-one physical meetings in Mumbai from 11 am onwards.

November 19 will see the company at two separate events in Mumbai: the Avendus Spark INDX: Annual Investor Conference 2025 (group and one-on-one physical meetings, 10 am to 1 pm) and the JM Financial India Conference 2025 (group and one-on-one physical meetings, 2 pm onwards).

The final scheduled event is the Morgan Stanley Virtual India Industrials & Energy Seminar on December 10, which will be a group virtual meeting from 2 pm to 3 pm. Havells India Limited explicitly states that no unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared during these meetings.
