Global Health to meet institutional investors and analysts

Global Health Limited (MEDANTA) will engage with institutional investors and analysts on November 11 and 12, 2025. The company's management will meet with Grandeur Peak Global on November 11 in Gurugram, followed by a meeting with Aberdeen Investments on November 12 in Noida. Both interactions will be one-on-one meetings conducted in person.

These meetings are being held in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Global Health Limited confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared during these interactions. The scheduled meetings are subject to change in case of unforeseen circumstances.
