Crisil completes acquisition of McKinsey PriceMetrix, renames unit

Crisil Limited, through its wholly owned step-down subsidiary Crisil Canada Inc., has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of McKinsey PriceMetrix Co. The acquisition, initially disclosed on September 24, 2025, concluded on November 7, 2025. Post-acquisition, McKinsey PriceMetrix Co. has been renamed Crisil PriceMetrix Co.

This strategic move establishes Crisil PriceMetrix Co. as a wholly owned subsidiary of Crisil Canada Inc.

The announcement was made by Minal Bhosale, company secretary for Crisil Limited, with the digital signature dated November 7, 2025. This fulfills the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
