Bajel Projects to announce Q2 and half-year results on November 14

Bajel Projects Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, November 14, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. A Limited Review Report by statutory auditors will also be presented.

In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in Bajel Projects' securities is currently closed. It commenced on October 1, 2025, and will remain closed for all designated persons until 48 hours after the financial results are made public on November 14, 2025.
