Arrow Greentech board to discuss financial results

Arrow Greentech Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results, along with the limited review report from the auditors, for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed. This restriction will continue for 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results. Poonam Bansal, company secretary, signed the announcement on November 7, 2025.
