Alankit board to review financial results, appoint new directors

Alankit Limited has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 03:00 P.M. The meeting, to be held at the company's corporate office in New Delhi, will primarily focus on considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will review the limited review report for the same period.

Further key agenda items include the appointment of two additional independent directors. Rakesh Sareen and Raj Kumar Gupta are proposed to be appointed with effect from November 12, 2025. Any other business with the permission of the chair will also be discussed.

The company also noted that the trading window for persons specified under the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders had been closed since October 01, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the submission of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results to the stock exchanges.
