Aegis Logistics reports strong Q2 and half-year results

Aegis Logistics Limited reported unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue for Q2 FY26 increased 31% year-on-year to INR 2,294 Cr, with profit after tax rising 61% to INR 244 Cr. For the first half of FY26, consolidated revenue grew 20% to INR 4,013 Cr, and profit after tax increased 35% to INR 419 Cr.

The company's liquid division recorded its highest-ever Q2 revenues and EBITDA, with revenue increasing 19% to INR 155 Cr and EBITDA growing 25% to INR 116 Cr. The gas division also achieved its highest-ever Q2 revenue and EBITDA, reaching INR 231 Cr, a 60% increase. This growth was propelled by record logistics and distribution volumes.

Key operational highlights include the addition of 61,000 KL liquids capacity at Mumbai Port and additional land allotted at Haldia Port. The company also declared an interim dividend of 200%, or INR 2 per share, for FY 2025-26. The earnings call for these results was held on Friday, November 7, 2025.
