Wardwizard Innovations promoter unpledges significant shares after loan repayment

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has disclosed the release of 875,000 pledged equity shares. This transaction, facilitated by Luharuka Media and Infra Ltd., occurred after the full repayment of financial obligations and the closure of the associated loan facility. This action complies with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to this release, Yatin Sanjay Gupte held 48,566,153 shares, representing 18.63% of the total share capital, with 42,821,729 shares (16.43%) previously encumbered. Following the release, the promoter’s encumbered shares decreased to 41,946,729, now representing 16.09% of the total share capital. The overall promoter holding remains unchanged at 18.63%.

Additionally, Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited, a promoter group entity, also reported the release of 200,000 pledged shares. This reduces its encumbered shares from 572,926 (0.22%) to 372,926 (0.14%). The total share capital of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited remains at INR 260,693,900, divided into 260,693,900 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
