Waa Solar board to meet for half-year financial results

Waa Solar Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, in Vadodara. The meeting's primary agenda is to consider, approve, and record the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. This decision aligns with SEBI regulations.

The company has also confirmed the closure of its trading window for insiders, effective from Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This closure is in line with the company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, adopted pursuant to SEBI regulations.

The trading restrictions will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, ensuring fair and transparent market practices ahead of the significant disclosure.
