Sri Adhikari Brothers board to meet for Q2 and H1 financial results

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also address any other matters deemed necessary.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities commenced closure from October 01, 2025. This closure will remain in effect for all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
