Schneider Electric Infrastructure names Pravin Kumar Purang new board chairperson

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited announced that Namrata Kaul ceased to be an independent director of the company effective November 5, 2025, upon completing her second and final term. Consequently, Kaul also stepped down as chairperson of the board on the same date.

Effective November 6, 2025, Pravin Kumar Purang has been appointed as the new chairperson of the board. This appointment follows Kaul's departure, marking a planned leadership transition in accordance with regulatory requirements. The company expressed appreciation for Kaul's contributions during her tenure.

The intimation was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited, adhering to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
