RBL Bank appoints Suyog Karmarkar head of strategic initiatives

RBL Bank Limited has appointed Suyog Sanjay Karmarkar as the new head of strategic initiatives and transformation, effective November 6, 2025. This appointment is categorized as a change in senior management under SEBI Listing Regulations.

Karmarkar brings over two decades of experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and turnaround management. His expertise spans financial services, consulting, and cross-border operations. Prior to joining RBL Bank, he held a position with Prudential Financial (US) and was a partner at EY's strategy and transactions practice.

He holds an MBA from Purdue University, US, and a BE from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (Mumbai University). The bank confirmed that there are no relationships between Karmarkar and any existing directors.
