Rama Steel Tubes to hold board meeting for financial results

Rama Steel Tubes Ltd. has announced a Board of Directors meeting will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed. This closure took effect from October 01, 2025, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025. The company had previously intimated the stock exchanges about this closure on September 26, 2025.
