Raj Rayon Industries board to review Q2, half-year results

Raj Rayon Industries Limited has announced its board of directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results and statements for the second quarter and half-year period concluding on September 30, 2025.

In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company also confirmed the closure of its trading window. The trading window, as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, closed on October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results/statements for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
