R R Kabel promoter gifts shares to relatives, overall holding unchanged

Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra, a promoter of R R Kabel Limited, has disclosed an off-market transfer of 2,456,278 equity shares by way of gift to Sumeet Kabra and Hemant Kabra, who are immediate relatives and part of the promoter group. This transaction, executed on November 4, 2025, represents 2.17% of the total share and voting capital.

Prior to the disposal, Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra held 9,048,379 shares, constituting 8.00% of the total share capital. Following the transfer, his holding now stands at 6,592,101 shares, representing 5.83%.

Notably, there is no change in the aggregate promoter and promoter group holding as a result of this inter-se transfer. The promoter and promoter group continue to collectively hold 6,98,46,196 equity shares, accounting for 61.76% of the total equity capital in R R Kabel Limited.
