Praveg board to meet November 14 for Q2 and H1 financial results

Praveg Limited announced that its board of directors will meet on Friday, November 14, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with this upcoming announcement, the trading window for dealing in Praveg's securities remains closed.
