Poly Medicure completes acquisition of Medistream SA, expands global footprint

Poly Medicure Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of Medistream SA, Switzerland, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Poly Medicure B.V. The acquisition, effective November 6, 2025, grants Poly Medicure 100% economic and voting rights in the Citieffe Group, which includes Citieffe SRL (Italy), Citieffe Inc (USA), and Citieffe De (Mexico).

The acquisition followed the signing of share purchase agreements (SPA) and other ancillary agreements between Poly Medicure B.V. and Medistream SA’s selling shareholders on November 6, 2025. All closing conditions stipulated in the SPA have been met, formalizing the transaction.

As a result of this completion, Medistream SA, Switzerland, along with its subsidiaries, including Citieffe SRL, Citieffe Inc, and Citieffe De, will become step-down subsidiaries of Poly Medicure Limited. This information was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
