Olectra Greentech director resigns from whole-time position

Mr. Rajesh Reddy Peketi has resigned from his position as whole-time director of Olectra Greentech Limited, effective November 5, 2025. The company stated that personal reasons were cited for the resignation.

Despite the change in his executive role, Mr. Peketi will continue his association with Olectra Greentech as a non-executive director. The precise effective date of his resignation as whole-time director will be communicated by the company at a later time.

The intimation was made under Regulation 30 (2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
