Nesco reports strong financial performance for september half-year

Nesco Limited's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a total income of INR 485.03 crores for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, a notable increase from INR 396.12 crores in the same period last year. Profit after tax for the half-year surged to INR 215.11 crores, compared to INR 176.66 crores previously.

The robust performance was driven by the Realty and Bombay Exhibition Center segments, which contributed significantly to segment revenue and profit before tax and finance costs. Realty segment revenue for the half-year reached INR 198.63 crores, with segment profit of INR 167.37 crores. The Bombay Exhibition Center recorded half-year revenue of INR 115.43 crores and a segment profit of INR 65.82 crores.

The financial results include the performance of Nesco Retail Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated on February 21, 2025, with previous periods' figures re-grouped for comparative analysis.
