Narayana Hrudayalaya completes acquisition of UK hospital group

Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited announced today, November 6, 2025, the completion of its step-down subsidiary Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd.'s acquisition of 100% equity shares in Practice Plus Group Hospitals Limited, UK. This follows an earlier disclosure on October 30, 2025, regarding a Sale and Purchase Agreement.

The acquisition involved the transfer of 60,001 equity shares, each with a face value of £0.02, representing the entire paid-up share capital of the target company. This transaction signifies Narayana Hrudayalaya's full ownership of Practice Plus Group Hospitals Limited.

The new holding structure shows Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. (India) holding 100% of Health City Cayman Islands Ltd. (Cayman Islands), which in turn holds 100% of Narayana Hrudayalaya UK Ltd. (UK), now holding 100% of Practice Plus Group Hospitals Ltd. (UK).
