Munjal Auto Industries Limited has scheduled its 205th board of directors meeting for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with other business items.

In connection with this, the company has closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading restriction commenced on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect for up to 48 hours following the public declaration of the unaudited financial results.
