Motilal Oswal family trust transfers shares to Pratik Motilal Oswal

Motilal Oswal Family Trust has disclosed an off-market inter-se transfer of 18,015,275 equity shares of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited to Pratik Motilal Oswal on November 3, 2025. This transaction impacts the shareholding of the promoter and promoter group as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the acquisition, Motilal Oswal Family Trust and its persons acting in concert (PACs) held 20,14,30,124 shares, representing 33.54% of the total share capital.
