Mahindra & Mahindra to host investor summit in November

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. will hold an Analyst/Institutional Investor Meeting, "UBS India Summit 2025," on November 12, 2025, in Mumbai. The physical meeting will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (IST) and include one-on-one and group sessions. The meeting complies with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company clarified that no unpublished price-sensitive information will be shared during the event. The audience for this summit will specifically be "Funds/Investors." The schedule and mode of the meeting are subject to change due to exigencies from the Investors/Analyst/Company.
