IndiGo proposes Amitabh Kant as non-executive non-independent director

The voting results, along with the scrutiniser’s report, will be declared to the stock exchanges and published on the company's website after the postal ballot concludes. This appointment is deemed effective from December 6, 2025, if approved by the requisite majority.
