Independent director deepali joshi resigns from TVS Motor Company board

Dr. Deepali Pant Rajeev Joshi has resigned as an independent director of TVS Motor Company Limited, effective at the close of business hours on November 6, 2025. Her decision stems from a desire to pursue other interests.

Consequently, Dr. Joshi will also cease to be a member of the audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and chairperson of the stakeholders' relationship committee of the company. She has confirmed there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated.

In addition to her role at TVS Motor Company, Dr. Joshi holds other directorships and committee memberships. She serves as an independent director and audit committee member at LMW Limited, and as an independent director and chairperson of the stakeholders relationship committee at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. She also holds independent directorships at Coromandel International Limited and TVS Credit Services Limited.
