Harsha Engineers posts strong H1 2025 profit growth

Harsha Engineers International Limited's board of directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, showing considerable growth. Standalone profit after tax for the half year rose to INR 8,194 lakhs in H1 2025 from INR 7,133 lakhs in H1 2024. Total standalone revenue for the half year reached INR 57,230 lakhs, up from INR 54,977 lakhs in the prior year.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported a profit after tax of INR 7,437 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, an increase from INR 6,501 lakhs in the corresponding period of the previous year. Consolidated total revenue from operations also saw an uplift, reaching INR 74,363 lakhs in H1 2025 compared to INR 69,574 lakhs in H1 2024.

The company's board meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 1:00 p.m. on November 6, 2025, where these results were reviewed and approved.
