Grauer & Weil (India) reports strong half-year and quarterly income growth

Grauer & Weil (India) Limited reported a total income of INR 56,076 Lacs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, up from INR 53,826 Lacs in the previous year's corresponding period. Standalone profit before tax for the half year stood at INR 10,713 Lacs, compared to INR 11,723 Lacs in the prior half year. Profit for the period was INR 8,261 Lacs, with basic earnings per equity share at INR 1.82.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company's standalone total income reached INR 29,873 Lacs, an increase from INR 26,807 Lacs in the same quarter last year. Profit before tax for the quarter was INR 4,869 Lacs, with profit for the period at INR 3,896 Lacs.

The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 06, 2025. These results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34.
