GHL Pharma director Rajdeep Panwar resigns from Medanta subsidiary

Global Health Limited (BSE: MEDANTA) announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, GHL Pharma & Diagnostic Private Limited, has accepted the resignation of Rajdeep Panwar. Panwar served as a director and manager of GHL Pharma and was designated as a senior management personnel of the company. His last working date will be December 28, 2025.

Panwar, holding DIN: 08943708, stated in his resignation letter that he is stepping down to pursue opportunities outside Medanta. The resignation takes effect from the closing hour of December 28, 2025. This change was communicated in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
