EKI Energy Services reports mixed Q2 and half-year 2025 results

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, EKI Energy Services reported a standalone total income of ₹3,834.78 lakhs, with profit before tax at ₹228.06 lakhs. Consolidated total income for the same quarter was ₹3,905.03 lakhs, with consolidated profit before tax at ₹15.76 lakhs.

The half-year results showed standalone total income of ₹5,948.57 lakhs and profit before tax of ₹127.34 lakhs. Consolidated total income for the half-year was ₹6,086.49 lakhs, and consolidated profit before tax stood at a loss of ₹212.41 lakhs. The company's board also approved a demerger scheme for its Generation Business Segment, effective January 1, 2025, which has not yet received regulatory approval and is not reflected in these results.

Additionally, EKI Energy Services incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, EKI Green Gas Solutions Private Limited, on September 20, 2025. However, due to the bank account not being operational, financial transactions for subscribing shares have not been executed, and therefore, this subsidiary is not yet consolidated in the financial statements.
