CyberTech Systems reports solid Q2FY26 revenue growth

CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd. reported total revenue of INR 667.3 million for Q2FY26, a 5.2% year-over-year increase and 2.3% quarter-over-quarter growth. Operating revenue for the same period was INR 587.9 million, up 1.4% year-over-year and 1.0% quarter-over-quarter. For the first half of FY26, total revenue reached INR 1,319.7 million, representing a 5.0% growth over H1FY25.

The company's EBITDA for Q2FY26 stood at INR 125.7 million, with an EBITDA margin of 18.8%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) was INR 114.0 million, and Profit After Tax (PAT) reached INR 86.6 million.

As of September 30, 2025, CyberTech had 76 active clients, with 73% of its operating revenue from the Technology sector and 99% from its US business. The company also reported a total of 539 employees.
